Conferences & ExhibitsThe American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists (ACOG) approved Menopex™ and Hotflex™ to be displayed at its 2003 Annual Convention in New Orleans. Menopex™ and Hotflex™ were the only Chinese herbal products at the exhibition and attracted significant interest from OB/GYNs.
On November 5, 2002, Dr. Barrie R. Cassileth, Chief of Integrative Medicines Service of Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center, and senior management of Harmonex met with Dr. Yan Shiyun, President of the Shanghai University of Traditional Chinese Medicine, and medical experts in Shanghai to discuss cancer research projects.
The Deputy Governor of the Sichuan Province in China invited Dr. Barrie R. Cassileth and Mr. C.C. Pai, President of Harmonex, to participate in the 2002 International Conference on the Modernization of Traditional Chinese Medicine (ICETCM) in Chengdu and to discuss joint cancer research projects.
