When used in conjunction with Menopex™:

• Follow recommended dosage for Menopex™
• Add 3 tablets of Hotflex™, twice a day, for 1 month, or until hot flashes/night sweats disappear

When used alone:

• 6 tablets of Hotflex™, twice a day, for 1 months ⁽¹⁾
• Thereafter, reduce dosage to 6 tablets, once a day (or 3 tablets, twice a day)
• After using Hotflex™ continuously for 2 months, rest for 2 weeks
• Resume the maintenance dosage (6 tablets, once a day; or 3 tablets, twice a day)
